When will the order arrive?
Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is shipped. We aim to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Exceptions will be for holidays and we will actively keep you posted if any delays should be expected at the time of order.
When can I return the product?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
What can I not return?
Damaged and used fountain pen. Opened and used ink and books.
Basically, if we can’t resell it, we can’t accept the return.
When will my money show up back in my account?
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
What if the item is defective? Can I get refunded then?
Absolutely! We are not monsters! We’ll help get you connected to the manufacturer directly and stay with you until the problem has been resolved.
