Product Overview
Eight postcards. Eight hidden illustrations. Nothing visible until you swatch ink onto them.
Each card starts as a plain outline — a scene lifted straight from Lewis Carroll's story, titled in the book's own voice: What a Curious Feeling, Down the Rabbit Hole, A Mad Tea Party, Off with Her Head!, and four more moments in between. Brush ink across the surface and the illustration reveals itself as the color spreads, the way Alice's world kept unfolding around her one strange discovery at a time. The set includes 8 designs, printed twice each, for 16 postcards total.
The paper is 200gsm Impression Paper — the same stock Wearingeul uses across their swatch line, chosen because it holds shading and sheen without bleeding through, so the ink itself becomes part of the artwork rather than just a test. Flip the card over and there's a blank space on the back for a note, with the original book excerpt and author credit printed alongside it — built to double as an actual postcard once the front is finished. Each set ships with matching envelopes.
Less a swatch tool than a small project: pick a color, paint one in, and watch the story show up under your hand.
