The Ink Diary is Wearingeul's answer to a common fountain pen habit: swatching ink and then losing track of which one it was. Each page is built around a single ink entry — space for the ink name, pen used, date, and a star rating, alongside room to actually write and log an impression of the color and flow that day. It turns casual swatching into something you can look back through.
Pages are printed on Impression paper at 200g/m², a heavier stock chosen specifically to let ink color show through clearly and consistently — a step up from Wearingeul's lighter Reservoir paper (148g/m²), which favors a softer writing feel over color accuracy. Each page is single-sided, so ink from one entry won't show through or interfere with the next.
Spiral binding lets the diary open completely flat, useful when you're working ink into a page rather than just jotting notes. At 128 x 182mm — a compact B6-style footprint — it's sized to keep on a desk or slip into a bag for testing ink on the go.
