Product Overview
Inspired by Hermann Hesse's novel of the same name, this ink pairs a soft pink-green base with a shimmer of silver and blue glitter. The base color shifts depending on paper and pen — expect a pale, moody lavender-pink with a green sheen at the edges of pooled ink.
This is a shimmer ink, which means it carries fine particulate to create the glitter effect. Shake the bottle before filling. Roll your pen between uses to keep the shimmer suspended and flowing. Wider nibs show off the glitter best — a fine nib will still write cleanly but won't carry as much sparkle per stroke.
Clean your pen more often than usual with this ink. Shimmer particles settle, and a pen left sitting can clog. This ink rewards a little extra maintenance with a distinctive, layered look on the page.
