The A6 MD Notebook (Dot Grid) steps up a size from the A7 line but keeps the same MD Paper throughout — cover, endpapers, and inner pages all cut from the fountain-pen-safe stock Midori's developed in-house since the 1960s, built to resist bleed-through and feathering under a wet nib.
The dot grid splits the difference between blank and ruled: a 5mm array of light dots gives you just enough structure to keep lines straight and diagrams proportional, without the grid lines competing with your ink the way a full ruled or graph pattern can. It's equally at home holding handwritten text, a quick sketch, or a hand-drawn table.
At A6 — Midori's pocket-edition size — this one sits a step up from the A7 books, roomy enough for daily journaling, running notes, or idea capture, while still slipping easily into a bag. Thread-sewn binding opens fully flat at any page, so the dot grid stays usable right up to the gutter.
